PRIVACY NOTICE UNDER THE PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION LAW
This is an English translation for information. In case of any discrepancy, the Turkish version prevails.
Definitions
In this notice:
- Personal data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person,
- Special categories of personal data means data on race, ethnic origin, political opinion, philosophical belief, religion, sect or other beliefs, appearance and dress, membership of associations, foundations or trade unions, health, sex life, criminal convictions and security measures, and biometric and genetic data,
- KVKK means Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698,
- Data processor means a natural or legal person who processes personal data on behalf of the data controller under the authority given by it,
- Data controller means the natural or legal person who determines the purposes and means of processing personal data and is responsible for establishing and managing the data filing system.
As data controller, ANADOLU İNDÜKSİYON ISIL İŞLEM MAKİNA SAN. TİC. A.Ş. provides you with the following information under its obligation to inform pursuant to KVKK.
1. Identity of the data controller
The data controller under KVKK is ANADOLU İNDÜKSİYON ISIL İŞLEM MAKİNA SAN. TİC. A.Ş., registered with the Gebze Trade Registry under number 24865, MERSIS number 0069108762100001, located at Sultan Orhan Mah. Hasköy San. Sit. 13A Blok No:8 Gebze/Kocaeli.
2. Which personal data do we process?
Only limited personal data is processed through our corporate website (anadoluinduksiyon.com.tr):
- Personal data you provide: your name, company name, telephone number, email address, message content and any files attached to your quote request, which you enter voluntarily through the contact and quote forms on our website.
- Necessary technical data: system data such as IP address and browser information logged so that the website works securely and correctly.
3. Cookies
Our website does not use any third-party analytics cookies (such as Google Analytics or Yandex Metrica) or marketing cookies that track visitors’ personal data, create profiles or use it for advertising or marketing.
Only necessary technical cookies are active on our site, ensuring that it works securely, stably and correctly; no personal identification data is processed or stored through them. Visitors can block or delete these cookies at any time in their browser settings.
4. Purposes and legal grounds for processing
Personal data collected through our website is processed on the legal grounds set out in Article 5 of KVKK for the following purposes:
- To respond to the questions, requests, quote requests, suggestions and complaints you send us through the forms on our site,
- To conduct corporate communication as part of our company’s commercial activities,
- To protect our rights and fulfil our legal obligations, including as evidence in possible legal disputes.
5. Retention period
Your personal data is kept for as long as the purpose of processing requires and taking into account the limitation periods set out in legislation. When the reasons for processing no longer exist, your data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised. As our site has no product sales or membership system, no data is retained for such processes.
6. Transfer of personal data to third parties
Within the limits of the purposes above, your personal data may be transferred under Article 8 of KVKK to our IT infrastructure providers (hosting, servers, etc.), to authorised public institutions to fulfil legal obligations, and to law firms we consult for legal proceedings. No active transfer of personal data abroad takes place through our site.
7. Your rights under KVKK (Article 11)
Under Article 11 of KVKK, you have the right to apply to our company to learn whether your personal data is processed; to request information if it has been; to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly; to know the third parties in Turkey or abroad to whom it is transferred; to request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate; and to request deletion or destruction if the purpose no longer exists.
8. How to apply
Please send your request clearly, together with documents proving your identity and address, in writing with a wet signature, by hand, by post or through a notary to Sultan Orhan Mah. Hasköy San. Sit. 13A Blok No:8 Gebze/Kocaeli, or with a secure electronic signature to our official email address info@anadoluinduksiyon.com.tr. We will conclude your request free of charge within 30 (thirty) days at the latest.
