Trusted in induction and heat treatment, with 35 years of experience
Founded on more than 35 years of experience in induction and heat treatment, Anadolu İndüksiyon A.Ş. started operating in 2014 at Hasköy Industrial Estate in Gebze, Kocaeli. Led by our founders Şerif Döner and Kemal Keleş, we provide the industry with reliable, innovative and high-quality solutions.
Starting out with two induction machines of 50 kW and 75 kW, the company quickly expanded its machine park and made its growth sustainable.

Our services
Anadolu İndüksiyon brings years of know-how and experience. From induction surface hardening to vacuum hardening, from case hardening to nitriding: every heat-treatment step under one roof.
- 01 Induction Hardening Induction surface hardening from 20 to 500 kW in Gebze: a hard surface and tough core on shafts, gears and wear zones, with low distortion.
- 02 Tempering Tempering for hardened steel parts: relieves internal stresses, restores toughness and sets the hardness to the value on your drawing.
- 03 Vacuum Hardening Vacuum hardening for tool, die and martensitic stainless steels: a clean surface with no oxidation or decarburisation, and low distortion.
- 04 Normalising Normalising for forged, rolled, cast and welded steel parts: turns a coarse, uneven structure into a uniform, fine-grained one.
- 05 Quenching and Tempering Quenching and tempering: hardening followed by high-temperature tempering for high strength and toughness in steels such as 42CrMo4 and C45.
